2. Cardio-metabolic indicators such as VO2, Max Heart Rate, Lactate threshold etc.
3. Body composition & anthropometric data such as BMI, % body fat, Weight etc.
4. Self reported questionnaire data
5. Web-analytics information such as cookies, web-beacons etc.

Use and disclosure of personal information: The company may use personal information and other information received and collected from you to provide the Services you have requested, including providing information/ advice/ recommendations in the context of your query and to contact you upon your request and when otherwise necessary. The company shall share such personal information with third parties such as doctors or independent experts to render the services requested by you.

The company may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis, and to operate and improve our Services. In certain circumstances, we may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties such as doctors or independent experts. When we use third parties such as doctors or independent experts to assist us in processing your personal Information, we require that they comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement or any other company policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

When you purchase our health journeys or diagnostic services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway (operated by RazorPay) at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing customers.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Diagnostic Tests and Lab Services:
1. All sample collection purchases are considered final

2. Refunds are considered on a discretionary, case-by-case basis

3. No refund available after sample collection has begun

4. If we're unable to process your sample due to technical issues: Full refund provided


Journeys (optiME, burnN, superGUT, etc.):

1. All journey purchases are considered final
2. Refunds are considered on a discretionary, case-by-case basis
3. If you're unable to complete the program due to medical reasons: refund may be considered on case-by-case basis

Consultation Services:

1. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before scheduled consultation: free rescheduling

2. No-shows: No refund or rescheduling


Supplement Purchases:

1,. All supplement purchases are considered final
2. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
3. Damaged or incorrect items: Full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery


Digital Services and App Access:

1. Subscription services: Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
2. One-time digital purchases: No refunds after download or access


Refund Processing:
All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

How to Request Cancellation or Refund:
Contact our support team at care@humanfractal.io or +91 80 46810110 with your order details and reason for cancellation. You may also submit requests through your account dashboard.

Our services are currently available in select cities across India. Lab sample collection and diagnostic center access may be limited based on your location. We'll notify you of any service limitations in your area during the booking process.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our digital platforms. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.


Modification of Terms


We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
